What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll work across production areas with some supervision:
- Set up and operate production equipment as a machine operator
- Monitor processes and carry out quality checks
- Clean and maintain machines and work areas
- Report faults to the Supervisor
- Enter production data to track quantities, materials, and time
- Identify and implement process improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a production or machine operator role
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Basic computer skills
- Team player with a safety-first attitude
- Willingness to learn and develop as a machine operator
Hours
Standard: 37.5 per week
Tue–Thu: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Fri: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
During training (first 1–3 months depending on skills/experience):
Mon–Wed: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Thu: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
