Key Responsibilities:
As Management Accountant, you will take ownership of financial management, reporting, and controls. You’ll prepare accurate monthly management accounts, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and provide insight into project profitability.
• Produce monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow reporting.
• Maintain ledgers, WIP accounting, and project cost tracking.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
• Oversee invoicing, credit control, and supplier payments.
• Strengthen internal financial controls and process improvements.
About You:
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in management accounting, ideally in professional services or construction.
• Proficient in Xero and Excel, with strong analytical skills.
• Proactive, organised, and able to thrive in a small-company environment.
