The Package
• Permanent contract
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

• Salary of £ £44,613 per annum

The Role – Electrical Manager
We are looking for an inspiring Electrical Manager to lead a team of Electricians and Apprentice Electricians. You will play a critical role in ensuring quality services are delivered to meet residents’ reasonable expectations. You will be responsible for managing the team’s adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements, and safe working practices.
Our Requirements – Electrical Manager
• NVQ / SVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation Work (or equivalent experience) or City & Guilds 2360 Part 2 (Electrical Installation Competencies) certificate
• NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor qualification
• Detailed understanding of Electrical safety and Health and Safety regulations
• Demonstrable experience of managing and supervising a team
• Substantial experience in testing / fault finding / repairs and installations
• Substantial experience of appliance breakdowns (diagnostics), servicing and installations
• Knowledge and experience of working within the parameters of a contract, ensuring compliance with the scope of work and outlined terms and conditions
• Demonstrable experience of working within the building maintenance sector preferably for a local authority / registered social landlord or commercial contractor
• Experience of renewable energy technologies
• Project management experience
• Full UK drivers’ licence with access to own transport
• Welsh language skills
• A basic DBS check is required for this role
