Location: Owls Play Centre Fairlop Waters Country Park, Forest Rd, Ilford IG6 3HN

Surrounded by the beautiful scenery and open waters of Fairlop Waters, Owls Play Centre is a large indoor play centre jammed pack with fun and adventurous activities for children.

The play centre is going through an exciting period of change and is looking for a dynamic General Manager who is willing to lead the business and team to success.

Job requirements:

To carry out day to day duties, including end of shift procedures.
To grow the business and implement a revenue strategy.
To manager staff to ensure the smooth running of the centre.
To deal with complaints and incidents when they occur.
To oversee Food and Beverage operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with food hygiene standards.
To have a good understanding of IT systems to manage bookings, memberships, and sales.
To ensure the venue is running to a high standard and to customer satisfaction.

Preferred requirements:

Previous experience of working within the hospitality industry.
Previous experience of working within a customer facing role and play centres.
Required to work outside normal hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Responsible for maintaining all relevant qualifications and attending training sessions as part of normal working arrangements.
