Summary
The Best Connection West Bromwich has a fantastic opportunity for a Corrugation Extrusion Setter to join our clients fantastic manufacturing/distribution centre based within the heart of West Bromwich.
- Pay: £12.40 - 13.00 (and shift allowance).
- Hours: Monday - Thursday 6am - 6pm OR 6pm - 6am.
- Immediate start - Interview & CV is required before starting this role.
You will be working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, please see main duties below.
Daily duties include:
- Work under the direction of the Team Leader, following all assigned tasks and instructions.
- Set up and operate corrugation extrusion machinery.
- Maintain and care for tools, including regular cleaning.
- Carry out inspections of incoming materials and finished parts to ensure quality standards.
- Accurately record production and quality information.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area in line with 5S principles.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across all aspects of the role.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures and company policies.
- Perform additional duties as required to support the team.
