My client is looking to recruit a Planning Administrator to join their busy and fast paced team. The role of Planning Administrator will be fully office based in the North London area (onsite parking is available). This will be a temp-perm role.

On a daily basis, the Planning Administrator will be responsible for providing all-round support for customers and external, field-based colleagues for planned work / projects, to ensure everything is running smoothly and on schedule. This is a varied role, split between administration and telephone communication.
Planning Administrator duties will include;
Creating jobs on the internal system for Field Technicians
Managing all admin tasks from start to finish to ensure projects are on track
Ensure all elements of the projects are accurately planned
Liaise with customers to keep them updated at each stage of the project, handling any queries
Closing jobs down accurately on the system once successfully completed
Dealing with inbound calls
Liaising with third party companies and local authorities to obtain required information as required
Required experience for the Planning Administrator role:
Experience with use of Microsoft Office including Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organisation and time management skills - ability to manage and prioritise your own workload
Confident communication skills for dealing with external teams / technicians
Flexibility and ability to use initiative
