We are currently seeking a Live In Care Support Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team, supporting a client based in Crank, St Helens with their complex health and social care needs. About the Role As a Live In Care Support Assistant, you will receive full training to help you thrive in your role and gain confidence in providing quality care. After training is completed, you will receive a competitive rate of pay of £1141.14 per week + £50 per week food allowance. This position involves 154 per week, including day shifts, night shifts, waking/sleep-in night. It is essential to be a driver with a manual licence. Your Responsibilities as a Live In Care Support Assistant Assisting our client with his needs which are: An undiagnosed neurological syndrome Epilepsy Learning Disability Visual impairment and Registered Blind Invasive ventilation via a tracheostomy NIL by mouth and Gastrostomy in place Catheter care Pain management What We’re Looking For To be successful as a Live In Care Support Assistant, you’ll need: A caring and empathetic nature Good communication skills A genuine desire to support other Basic IT and record-keeping skills A full UK manual driving licence Previous experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided Additional Information Person-centred care is very important to us here at Your Life Your Way and you will have the opportunity to meet our client during the recruitment process.
