Summary
The post holder will Work effectively and efficiently within the framework of team nursing and individualised patient care. Work In collaboration with the department integrated multidisciplinary team to develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care for patients. Contribute towards developing and maintain a suitable and stimulating learning environment Internally the postholder will develop effective working relationships with: Ward Manager, Deputy Sisters, Staff Nurses, Health Care Assistants, Reception staff, Specialist Nurses, Therapists, Doctors and all other Members of the MDT both within the unit and outside the unit.
