Summary

We Require a Mobile Caretaker to start ASAP to look after welfare facilities in Buxton and High Peak area. Job Description Main duties are cleaning toilets, replacing hand towel dispenses, toilet seats and maintenance on local authority buildings. You will also ensure the sites and grounds are cleaned and maintained to contractual standards. The total hours are 37.5 per week. This contract is temporary to permanent. Must be able to drive and have transport. You will receive a company van with this role. Benefits £11.82 per hour - PAYE OR £14.55 per hour - Umbrella Regular work on a week-to-week basis, Monday to Friday. Requirements Previous experience as a Caretaker or similar experience Full Clean Driving Licence Own Tools Own Transport You must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before.
