Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Maltby Academy for an exceptional Pastoral Team Manager to work with an experienced and highly motivated team of professionals.We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and dynamic Associate Professional member of staff who is fully aligned to our Trust Vision, Values and the Academy Key Drivers. The successful candidate will manage, support and oversee all Student Welfare Officers and report directly to the Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be required to work 7 additional days (plus days).Maltby Academy already has a strong team of professionals delivering high quality learning in and out of the classroom who work together to achieve our Academy vision ‘to deliver exceptional learning experiences that enable all young people to thrive in a competitive world and lead successful and fulfilling lives’.
