Due to the needs of the service, it is a requirement that you hold a full UK driving licence as we have manual vehicles that you must be willing to drive.

Qualities and Skills Required:

- Relationship Building: Essential for gaining the trust of the people we support, establishing open communication, and building lasting relationships.
- Patience and Understanding: Important for navigating challenging situations effectively.
- Conflict-Resolution Techniques: Necessary for managing and resolving conflicts in a constructive manner.
- Must hold a valid UK manual driving licence and be willing to drive our mobility vehicles.

Contract options:

- Full time
- Part time

Shifts:

- Days: Between 07:00-22:00 (rota basis)
- Sleep ins required and paid at a flat rate of £63.70

- Must be flexible to cover weekends on a rota basis
