About the Role

Our Belle Vue service is a lively, warm and welcoming home where we support three wonderful ladies with a range of complex needs.

As a Waking Night Support Worker, you’ll help ensure their safety, comfort and wellbeing throughout the night. You’ll support with:

• Personal care
• Evening and bedtime routines
• Medication management
• Monitoring and recording accurate notes
• Early-morning support such as breakfast preparation
• Household tasks such as laundry and cleaning

You’ll follow detailed support plans to ensure consistency and high-quality care. At times, you may support individuals through behaviours that challenge, including verbal outbursts, self-injury or pushing furniture, so remaining calm and supportive is essential.

This is a person-centred role where you’ll work alongside an experienced and established team.

An Enhanced Adult DBS is required.


Working Hours

12 hours per week
Night shifts every Wednesday

8:00pm – 8:00am
