Summary
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join to the team at Sizewell B for the outage in 2026.
About the role:
Provide administrative support for on-site team for up-coming refuelling outage.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Valves & Pumps team.
• Set up and maintain SQEP records (CVs and supporting documentation) for Trillium.
• Submit Dosimetry applications and manage appointments for Trillium.
• Interrogate ‘My Learning Hub’ to determine Trillium training needs and make bookings to fill any gaps.
• Meet and greet outage arrivals.
• Ensure relevant Trillium individuals are on appropriate site authorised lists.
• Manage IT and AMS requests for Trillium.
• Complete relevant Safety Rules paperwork for Trillium.
• Assist admin team as and when required.
Qualities:
• Excellent organisational and timekeeping skills.
• Ability to manage complete tasks.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise workload.
• Confidence in asking for support and working within a very busy and intense working environment.
• Proactive approach to work.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• Adaptable and keen to support others in the team when required.
