A highly regarded multi-academy trust in North London is seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join their SEND team supporting pupils aged 4–16 across The Rise Partnership Trust.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled SaLT professional who is confident working independently, can “hit the ground running,” and is experienced in supporting autistic, neurodivergent, and SEND learners.
Key Requirements
To be considered, you must:
• Be a qualified Speech and Language Therapist
• Be HCPC registered
• Hold an enhanced DBS (child workforce)
• Have experience working with children and young people (4–16)
• Have experience supporting SEND and autistic/neurodivergent pupils
• Be confident in SaLT assessments, intervention planning, and report writing
• Be able to start ASAP
Please note: This role is not suitable for newly qualified therapists.
About the Role
• Full-time Speech and Language Therapist position
• Based across schools within The Rise Partnership Trust, North London
• Work with pupils with a range of communication needs, ASD, SEMH, and developmental language delays
• Conduct assessments, create intervention plans, and produce high-quality reports
• Collaborate with SENCOs, teachers, and support staff to deliver targeted SaLT provision
• Provide direct therapy, modelling, and training to staff where required
• Support the school through a period of ongoing permanent recruitment
This role is expected to continue until at least February half-term, with potential extension.

• Confident, proactive, and able to work autonomously
• Strong knowledge of communication disorders and evidence-based interventions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Compassionate, professional, and committed to improving outcomes for SEND pupils
