Summary

Pay rates and shifts as an Engineering Store Assistant:
As an Engineering Store Assistant, you will receive £12.92 per hour.
Day to day Responsibilities:
- To receive and put away stocks in store.
- To update stock and order tracking on spreadsheet
- To maintain a filing system for all legal document such as quotations, purchase order, and delivery notes.
- To perform periodic inventory check.
- To assist generating GMP/work orders for engineers.
- To maintain a tidy and clean workplace.
- To request for quotations
- To follow up on due purchase orders.
- Be able to lift 10-15kg boxes
Typical hours as a part time Engineering Store Assistant:
2-3 day a week, 08:30 - 17:00
Skills and Experience:
- Microsoft Excel and Word
- Supply Chain knowledge in terms of RFQ, invoicing and inventory experience.
- Good communication skills
- Accurate and high levels of attention to details
- Ability to prioritise tasks and good time management
- Good work ethic
