Role Description
This is a full time role for a Deputy Registered Care Manager for a children's home in Northwest London.
The role involves day-to-day tasks related to working alongside a dedicated clinical team and a highly experienced manager to create a nurturing and supportive home for children that have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs)
This is a new therapeutic SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) provision in NW London
Responsibilities:
Work in collaboration with the clinical team to develop and implement therapeutic strategies.
Provide leadership and support to the staff team.
Ensure the highest standards of care and support for the children.
Foster a safe, loving, and positive environment.
Qualifications/ Requirements
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Experience of working in a similar role within SEMH provisions.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in healthcare or social services
Be Passionate for making a difference in children's lives
Committed to creating a therapeutic and supportive home environment
