Residential Property Assistant
Location: Christchurch
Salary: £24K - £25K
Hours: 36.25 hours, Mon-Fri, 9am–5.15pm, 1 hour lunch, office based

Aspire Jobs are delighted to be working with our client who are a growing, forward-thinking company with a great reputation based in Christchurch. They are now recruiting for a Residential Property Assistant to support the legal team. This is an extremely varied and challenging role.
Responsibilities of the Residential Property Assistant:
• To provide support to the Fee Earners within the Residential Property team.
• Handling residential enquiries
• Typing correspondence
• Organisation of meetings and providing refreshments where required
• Producing documents and reports as required
• Producing monthly reports for invoicing
• Filing, scanning and archiving when required
Requirements of the Residential Property Assistant:
• Proven Legal Secretarial/PA background in Residential Property
• Case Management experience
• Computer literate and proficient with MS Office applications
• Strong administration and secretarial skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Fast accurate typing skills
• First class communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Strong attention to detail
• Methodical and process driven
• Ability to prioritise workload
• Audio typing experience ideally but not essential
