This is a prestigious family-run resort in the heart of Perthshire, renowned for its exceptional dining and hospitality. We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen team and help deliver unforgettable culinary experiences for our guests.

The Role As a Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in our busy kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes across our diverse dining outlets, from fine dining to casual fare. You’ll bring creativity, precision, and a love for food to ensure our guests enjoy exceptional meals every time.

Key Responsibilities

-Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards in line with our menus.
-Manage and run a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations.
-Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in compliance with regulations.
-Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop seasonal menus and specials.
-Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and minimize waste.
-Mentor and support junior chefs, fostering a positive and productive kitchen environment.
-Contribute to delivering a memorable dining experience for our guests.

What We’re Looking For

-Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume, quality-driven kitchen.
-Strong culinary skills with a passion for creating fresh, locally sourced dishes.
-Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP).
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
-Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
-Relevant culinary qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent) are desirable.
-Experience in hospitality or resort settings is a plus.
