Summary
Agape Homecare are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care within a home care setting.
We are a nine year established, family run company who have always been consistently rated GOOD by the Care Quality Commission. We provide domiciliary care, complex care, support for mental health, dementia, ALD and End of Life Care.
The ideal candidate will have a real passion for supporting individuals in need and ensuring their well-being.
*Duties Include*
Assist clients with daily activities and personal care.
Provide support in the implementation of care plans.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
Assist in keeping the living environment clean and organised.
*Experience Required*
Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in a care home or home care setting.
Basic IT skills for record-keeping purposes.
Ability to drive is advantageous.
Strong communication skills to interact with residents and colleagues effectively - but most of all a kind heart and a good listener.
