What you'll be doing

E2E design & delivery of group-wide change.

Designing and implementing practical frameworks, playbooks, and processes to Reinvent Work. This includes refining ways of working to boost productivity, reengineering workflows, and developing a working blueprint for an agentic organisation.

Developing strategic plans and turning them into practical guidance. Creating content that encourages adoption and coordinating initiatives that embed new working throughout the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Playbook Development & Business Design
-
Develop and maintain detailed playbooks for operational excellence, process mapping, and future ways of working.

Translate high-level designs into practical, scalable frameworks for teams.

Continuously refine playbooks based on feedback and emerging best practices.
Project Management & Coordination
-
Lead projects and initiatives across the Refine, Reengineer, and Reimagine pillars.
-
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes on time and within scope.
-
Track progress, report on key metrics, and escalate risks where necessary.

Analyses specified problems and issues to find the best solutions.
Content Creation & Communication

Develop clear, engaging content to support adoption of new processes and behaviours.
-
Tailor messaging for different audiences, ensuring clarity and impact.
Process Design & Operational Excellence
-
Map current and future state processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
-
Support systematic redesign of workflows to maximise efficiency and impact.
Collaboration
-
Work closely with business units, Chief Data & Analytics Office and teams across the Bank to co-design and deliver playbooks & content.

Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to ensure alignment and adoption.
Change Management & Adoption
-
Champion new ways of working, supporting colleagues through change.
-
Monitor adoption, gather feedback, and iterate solutions for sustained impact.

What you'll need!

Strong business design and process mapping capability.

Proven experience in playbook and content creation.

Knowledge of benchmarking and case study development.
