Summary
The role
The Maintenance Technician will maintain assets across Street Furniture and Large Format Roadside displays, carrying out both reactive and preventative maintenance, along with regular cleaning, to support their longevity and appearance.
Location of Role: Work day starts from home
Bonus (based on individual & company): 8.33%
Working Pattern: Days
Equipment provided: Company van to commute to work or alternatively a travel allowance if based at the depot, Mobile phone, PPE and all equipment to complete your work
Training provided: All job specific training and dependent on role external training like HGV, Forklift and electrical qualifications may be offered

What you’ll be doing….
• Full training provided.
• Carry out both planned and reactive maintenance and cleaning to JCDecaux assets on your route, including conditional Inspections and refurbishments.
• Promptly and accurately report any damage to the company assets and repair within agreed SLA.
• Ensure vehicle is correctly stocked with tools and equipment for the tasks and kept in good working order.
• Produce a high-quality standard of work on each asset attended.
• Report any hazards to site area following the correct procedure.
Health and Safety
• Work to agreed SLAs and defined quality standards
• Work within the safe systems of work
• Work within Health & Safety guidelines ensuring that any accidents, hazards and near misses are reported immediately
• Ensure all operational practices comply with current Health and Safety regulations.
• Undertake reasonable lifting duties.
• Comfortable with high level working – working at heights within safety guidelines.
• Ensure that the correct PPE is worn when necessary.
Other
• Develop a good understanding of the industry.
• Able to work with different systems.
• Adhere to stores booking in/out and stock management procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of a company vehicle and ensure all relevant documentation is kept updated and filed safely.
