Applications are invited for the post of Wellbeing Administrator, based at Saltburn Police Station. The successful post holder will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the Wellbeing Unit and will provide an efficient and effective administrative, clerical and reception service to the wider Wellbeing Team.

We’re looking for someone with administrative or secretarial experience, ideally gained in a clinical or Occupational Health setting. Strong IT skills and the ability to communicate confidently with individuals at all levels, both within and outside the organisation, are essential. You’ll also need to be highly organised, with the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

There will be the requirement to travel to other Cleveland Police buildings, as and when directed.

Experience of working within a customer service environment, along with excellent time management and prioritisation skills is essential. You will have excellent attention to detail, whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy, and excellent ICT skills. You will have the ability to build effective working relationships, work successfully within a team, as well as being able to function well individually with minimum supervision.
