Summary

General Operative - Part-Time (Bellshill)

The Best Connection is currently looking for a reliable and hardworking General Operative for our client based in Bellshill. This is an ongoing, part-time position, ideal for someone looking for steady weekly hours with a bit of flexibility.

About the Role:

As a General Operative, you'll play an important part in keeping the warehouse and yard tidy, organised, and audit-ready. Your main duties will include:

  • General cleaning and housekeeping tasks

  • Ensuring all areas are neat, safe, and compliant

  • Maintaining order throughout the warehouse and yard

  • Making sure items and materials are in the correct designated areas

Shift & Hours:

  • 2 days per week (flexible)

    • Typical patterns could include:

      • Tuesday & Thursday

      • Monday & Wednesday

      • Or similar combinations depending on availability

  • Hours approx. 7:00am - 2:00pm (may vary slightly)

Pay Rate:

  • £13.32 per hour

Ideal Candidate:

  • Reliable and self-motivated

  • Takes pride in keeping areas clean and organised

  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors

  • Can follow instructions and work independently when required
