Summary
To provide Clinical leadership to the South Community Mental Health Team. To assist in the development of effective clinical pathways for people with serious mental health problems and personality and complex trauma. To provide specialist clinical assessments. Alongside your clinical leadership roles you will also offer a psychological service to service users and their families; joint and indirect clinical and consultation work to the team and other services/ agencies. You will have to have an enthusiasm for working productively with multidisciplinary teams in a multi agency context to deliver the highest quality of care. You will provide senior leadership and line management to a range of psychological professionals, including peer recovery workers. The postholder is responsible with the service manager for the coordination, governance, organisation and performance management of the work of other psychologists/ psychotherapists/peer recovery workers. The posts involve carrying out highly complex psychological assessments and interventions, leading and advising on clinical pathways for people with complex needs. NB: This is a part time post 0.7 WTE (26.25hours)
