Summary

Carry out office duties related to Oral Health Promotion activities. Undertake quality assurance with key stakeholders, highlighting areas of concern and suggest changes of practice for the Oral Health Promotion Programme. Undertake administrative duties specific to the role. Be responsible for the supervision of the Administrator and day-to-day coordination of designated planning of oral health training sessions. Participate in other tasks including preventative programmes and patient support activities. Deal promptly with direct and indirect enquiries from key stakeholders, staff or other health and or social care professionals, resolving problems where possible. Undertake Staff Appraisal and Development reviews for administration support. Supervise and support team members where appropriate. Undertake regular supervision with administration support.
