Summary
Work within the AOT ensuring that key workers are provided with updates for an allocated number of individual service users who include both in-patients and those taken on by the team. This will include attending and actively participating in training sessions, team/care plan review meetings and supervision as appropriate. Participate in team and service development and evaluation. Must have a full driving licence and have permanent access to own transport with appropriate business insurance and work within the lone working policy.
