Summary
Furniture World Cardiff Ltd is looking for a creative and committed Social Media Manager to help grow our online presence. The role will focus on increasing brand awareness, connecting with customers, and promoting our range of furniture, flooring, and repair services, with a strong focus on quality, value, and customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media and web strategies to promote our furniture, flooring, and repair services.
• Create and schedule engaging web content that highlights our products, services, and customer success stories.
• Respond quickly to customer inquiries, providing excellent service and building strong relationships.
• Manage paid social media campaigns to increase reach, generate leads, and promote special offers and new products.
• Work closely with management to showcase new products and services across digital platforms.
Skills & Requirements:
• Proven experience in social media management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity in developing engaging content customised to diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
