Paralegal - Court of Protection
Location: Brighton
Salary: £27,000 - £28,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Working pattern: Hybrid after 3 months probation

What You'll Do
- Working on the frontline with clients, being their point of contact & attending meetings with the fee earners
- Support fee earners with casework and administration
- Liaise with clients, families, and professionals
- Manage client affairs, budgets, and legal documents
- Handle enquiries and draft correspondence
- Attend events to promote the team
What you will need to succeed:
- Court of Protection experience (essential)
- Law degree (desirable)
- Organised, proactive, and great under pressure
- Empathetic and confident communicator
