What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a variety of subjects
- Managing groups of 20+ students with confidence and positivity
- Supporting learners aged 11-16 to stay engaged and focused
- ✅ Maintaining a safe and productive environment for all students
✅ What We're Looking For
- Experience in the last 2 years managing groups of 20+ young people aged 11-16
- Background in a school, sports coaching, or community centre setting
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Flexibility to take on both day-to-day cover and long-term bookings
