            You will need

            • Ideally at least 2 years' experience in Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef roles

              
              

              • A DBS Certificate

                      • Proven knife skills

                        
                        

                        • Food Hygiene level 2 and Allergen Certificates
