JoCs (Cleaning) Ltd is a successful Commercial Cleaning Company- we only Clean Communual areas of residential blocks of flats- NO private Cleaning and We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our Commercial Cleaning Department.
The Position is for a MOBILE cleaner , driving a company Car and travelling to residential blocks of flats in a limited area.
The hours are 40 per week with early morning cleans for offices at 0600hrs
The Cleaning involves: Hoovering , Mopping , Dusting , litter picking
This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively .
Responsibilities
Perform cleaning duties in designated blocks of residential flats.
Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitised as per established cleaning protocols.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel via hand held mobile phone (supplied)
Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to Managerial requests and inquiries in a professional manner.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve high standards of cleanliness.
Skills
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
Ability to drive may be advantageous for roles requiring travel between multiple sites.
Proficiency in English is essential for understanding instructions and communicating with others.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleaning tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
