Summary
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires effective communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service, as you will interact with clients and ensure their satisfaction with the cleaning services provided. The position is a key holder position so there is some flexibility with the time of the clean.
Hours of work are: - 6am - 7.30am Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.
Duties
Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a clean environment.
Dispose of waste and recycling materials appropriately.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
Experience
Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
Strong communication skills in English are required for effective interaction with clients and team members.
A valid driving licence is desirable for those who may need to travel to the location.
A customer service-oriented attitude is essential to ensure client satisfaction and build positive relationships.
