Summary

Mansfield Palace Theatre is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and customer focussed Sales and Donation Assistant to join our Box Office team. If you’re a person that thrives on providing great customer service in a busy entertainment venue, we’d love to hear from you.

About the role:

As a Sales and Donations Assistant you will be the first point of contact for all audiences, contractors, participants and artists visiting Mansfield Palace Theatre.


Key responsibilities:


Give an excellent customer service online, over the phone and social media
Create opportunities to maximise sales and donations to achieve targets.
Respond to customer enquires received in person, over the phone, by email and online.
Share content and populate cultural services social media accounts to promote sales and donations
Ensure the correct set-up and sales of all events, donations and merchandise within the box office systems as directed by your manager.
Act as reception and operate the cultural services telephones/main switchboard as required
Achieve sales and donations targets including individual giving, secondary spend and event tickets
Deliver a programme of organic social media content and targeted email campaigns
Be responsible for the security of cash, financial information and data
Manage all ticketing and sales requests
