Position: SEMH School Key Worker
Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week + 1-2 sleep-ins per week (Term Time)
Salary: £14 - £18 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEMH School Key Worker to join a nurturing and forward-thinking team in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk.
This rewarding role is ideal for someone with a passion for supporting children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
You will begin as a SEN Teaching Assistant for the first month, before progressing into a long-term, pastoral key worker role. In this position, you will play a vital part in helping pupils meet their Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) targets, while providing emotional and practical support to help them thrive.

Sleep-In Duties: Take part in the sleep-in rota (1-2 nights per week) to maintain consistent care and support for pupils.
