Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
Commutable from: Castle Bromwich, Hodge Hill, Stechford, Chelmsley Wood, Marston Green, Erdington, Ward End, Coleshill, Water Orton

We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and caring Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a warm and inclusive KS1 team within a supportive primary school. This is a wonderful opportunity to positively influence young learners during a key stage in their educational journey.

Providing classroom and small-group support across Year 1 and Year 2, particularly in phonics, early maths, and English

Offering 1:1 support for pupils needing additional guidance, including those with mild SEND

Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation, resources, and feedback

Working collaboratively with teachers, the SENCO, and parents to share progress and celebrate achievements

Hold a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)

Have experience working within a primary school setting-KS1 experience preferred

Confident in delivering learning activities and providing high-quality classroom support
