We are seeking an Asbestos Contracts Administrator to support our Lincoln based operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, conscientious team player who is focused on providing excellent customer service.

As the first point of contact for the business you will be required to respond to all email and telephone asbestos removal enquiries, you should therefore enjoy working with people in a diverse environment.
Time management, as is the ability to multi task is key to this role with responsibility for the maintenance of all relevant registers, databases and records to support efficient site delivery ensuring that clients and staff receive all the relevant information necessary.

Essential to be successful in the role
The successful candidate will have an eye for detail and be able to negotiate effectively. They will have excellent time management strong organisation abilities. They will be a good communicator and have strong IT skills within Microsoft Office, Sage (etc. etc.).

1. Previous administration experience
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Efficient IT skills and confident using Microsoft Office other CRM packages
4. Ability to negotiate effectively
5. Must have an eye for detail
6. Must have the ability to challenge current processes in order to improve them.
