Oversee and facilitate court proceedings, ensuring adherence to legal protocols.
Manage case files and maintain accurate court records.
Assist judges in preparation for court sessions and provide necessary documentation.
Coordinate with legal professionals, law enforcement, and other stakeholders regarding case preparation and court schedules.
Mentor and train junior court officers in court procedures and responsibilities.
Handle inquiries from the public, providing assistance and information about court processes.
Ensure security and order within the courtroom, addressing any disruptions promptly.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, public administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in a court environment or legal setting, preferably in a supervisory role.
In-depth knowledge of court procedures, legal terminology, and judicial processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with various stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple cases effectively.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Proficiency in using court management software and related technology.

Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
