Pay: £22.11 per hour plus £2000 Welcome Bonus

They are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN) to join their care home in Malton, North Yorkshire. This is a wonderful opportunity to work with a highly respected organisation and make a positive impact.
As a Registered Nurse you’ll provide person-centred care that meets the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents. You’ll:
- Create a safe, supportive environment for residents with a range of needs
- Use your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions
- Develop tailored care plans and complete risk assessments
- Administer medication safely and maintain high clinical standards
- Be valued and respected for delivering nursing care the right way
- Current NMC registration (RGN)
- Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices
- Experience producing care plans and risk assessments
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks (DoLS/MCA, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines)
