• Offering advice and resolving customer queries, and following up with them
• Handling inbound & outbound queries via phone, email, live chat & social media
• Assist with queries, product information, order status and issue resolutions
• Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues
• Maintain customer records accurately
• Manage customer expectations – be honest, supportive and professional
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative with the following skills and experience…
• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, or call centre
• Confident communicator who builds rapport quickly
• Problem solving mindset with a proactive attitude
• Excellent listening skills and able to empathise with customers
• Good IT skills and highly organised
• A strong work ethic, with integrity, honesty and consistency
In return, the successful Customer Service Representative will receive a salary of £25,000 to £27,000, plus the following benefits…
