Requirements

• Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification

• Previous early years experience
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply

Main Duties

• Assisting with creating purposeful, stimulating activities across all areas of learning
• Supporting the key person process, including observations and parent communication
• Encouraging children's physical, emotional and communication development
• Setting up and tidying learning spaces throughout the day
• Supervising indoor and outdoor play
• Supporting mealtimes, hygiene routines and personal care
• Following safeguarding, behaviour and nursery policies with consistency

Role Overview
As a permanent team member, you will play an important role in the daily operation of the nursery, helping children develop confidence, curiosity and a love for learning. You will work closely with room leaders and senior practitioners to ensure every child receives high-quality care and education.
