Summary

Are you a tech-driven Product Manager ready to shape the future of digital solutions in the energy sector?

Our client, a leading software and data services provider, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive innovation, lead product strategy, and bridge the gap between customers, data, and technology.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where creativity is encouraged, autonomy is respected, and ideas truly make an impact.

As Product Manager, you’ll oversee a portfolio of data and software products used by major players in the UK energy market. You’ll define the product vision, manage the roadmap, and work closely with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to release
Translate client and market needs into detailed product roadmaps and technical requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative data and software solutions
Manage product backlogs, prioritising features to deliver maximum customer value
Define and communicate release plans, updates, and documentation
Build strong client relationships and provide expert product knowledge
Identify opportunities to integrate new technologies, APIs, and AI-driven enhancements




Skills & Experience:

5+ years’ experience in the technology sector with knowledge of software development and product management lifecycles
Background in energy, utilities, or software/data services
Strong understanding of software development and agile delivery
Proven experience managing multiple IT or digital projects
Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset and passion for data and digital transformation
Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, API documentation, or AI applications is highly desirable
