Summary
Job Title: General Maintenance Operative – Scotland
Location: Covering Stirling, Edinburgh, and Glasgow
Hours: 40 hours per week (flexible scheduling available)
Rate of Pay: £17.50 per hour

Job Description:
A general maintenance operative performs a variety of building and property upkeep tasks, including both planned preventative work and urgent reactive repairs. Their duties can include carpentry, plumbing, painting, and tiling, as well as general building repairs both inside and outside a property. They are also responsible for ensuring tasks are completed safely, keeping records, and sometimes supervising subcontractors.

• Ideally have own transport and tools (can be provided if necessary)
• Mileage paid (postcode to postcode)
• Ability to work across Stirling, Edinburgh, and Glasgow
• PPE and uniform provided
• Flexibility on working hours
