Due to the European reach of this business, language skills are essential with proficiency in French and/or Spanish.

The Role – Bilingual Marketing Coordinator
In this role, you’ll combine creative marketing skills with a strong customer focus. As Bilingual Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support marketing campaigns, manage social media and digital content, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns
• Coordinate creation and distribution of marketing materials
• Maintain and update website and social media channels
• Support digital marketing efforts and track performance metrics
• Respond to customer queries and manage order processes
• Organise events and trade shows
About You
You’ll have experience in marketing and customer service with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
You will ideally have:
• French and/or Spanish fluency essential
• Marketing qualification (preferred)
• 1–3 years’ experience in marketing or customer service
• Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
