Are you a supervisor/duty manager looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a talented team member to join our growing team.

Company Overview:
Rebuild with Hope is a charitable organisation established to support individuals with multiple barriers to employment, whilst supporting those suffering due to the rising cost of living.

The charity currently has five stores with our flagship store in Wigan. These stores sell high street brands with discounts of up to 70% across all categories, homewares, clothing, gifts, toys, and accessories.

Role Overview
We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Duty manager / Supervisor to join our team. You’ll help create a warm and welcoming shopping experience for customers, support the team with stock and displays, and contribute to the smooth running of the store.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives working with people, in a fast-paced environment, and wants to support a charity making a real difference in the community.

Retail background is a must, with management experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide friendly and professional service to all customers.
• Support with sorting, pricing, and replenishing stock.
• Maintain an attractive and organised shop floor and window display.
• Operate the till and handle transactions accurately.
• Assist with preparing the store for the Christmas period, including merchandising and festive promotions.
• Work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and trainees.
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety and safeguarding policies.

Skills and Experience

Essential:
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work in a busy retail environment.
• Commitment to the mission and values of Rebuild with Hope.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service.
Desirable:
• Experience working in a charity shop or community-based retail role.

Salary and Benefits
