Key Responsibilities
- Provide general classroom support, promoting engagement and progress.
- Deliver targeted 1:1 and small-group intervention sessions.
- Support the class teacher with planning, preparation, and delivery of engaging lessons.
- Assist pupils with SEND and additional learning needs.
- Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
What You'll Need
- Previous experience in a school or SEN environment (essential).
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and wellbeing.
- Strong understanding of SEND, including SPLD, ASC, and Complex Needs.
- Confidence supporting pupils with communication or physical needs.
- A collaborative, empathetic, and proactive approach with excellent communication skills.
