Summary
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Maidenhead. This rewarding role involves supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia and PMLD. You will work closely with teaching staff to provide individualised support, contribute to lesson activities, and record observations that help track pupil progress. Some students may also require personal care, and the team works collaboratively to ensure every child receives exceptional support.
