About the Role
We are recruiting a Year 3 Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a pupil who requires additional emotional, behavioural and relational support in a warm, inclusive primary school in Hammersmith & Fulham. You will use trauma-informed, attachment-aware and regulation-based strategies to help the pupil build trust, feel safe, remain regulated and engage more confidently in learning. This role starts ASAP, is long-term for the full academic year, and offers a temp-to-perm pathway after 16 weeks.
