Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance (dependent on experience and responsibilities)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm

A well-resourced and nurturing primary school in Bury is seeking a skilled SEN teacher to join their inclusive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a purpose-driven environment where every child is truly supported to reach their full potential.

About the role as a SEN Primary Teacher:
- Deliver high-quality, tailored teaching to pupils primarily across KS1 and KS2
- Plan and differentiate engaging lessons to meet EHCP outcomes and developmental milestones
- Work closely with the SENCO, support staff and parents/carers to provide a consistent and holistic approach

What We're Looking For from a SEN Primary Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in an SEN setting (or strong SEN knowledge within a mainstream environment)
- A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach to classroom management
- Passion for inclusive education and a commitment to nurturing every child's progress

To be eligible you must:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service OR be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child related references

This is a full-time position starting in January 2026 (or sooner for the right candidate). ECTs and experienced SEN teachers are welcome to apply.
