We’re looking for a Staffing & Training Manager to lead workforce planning, recruitment, and training for our vibrant food and beverage operations at this exciting Edinburgh Venue.This is a unique opportunity to shape a service culture that champions excellence, sustainability, and conservation values.

As Staffing & Training Manager, you’ll:

  • Plan and allocate staff across restaurants, cafés, kiosks, and events spaces.
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding, building diverse talent pipelines and engaging with local communities.
  • Design and deliver training programmes that embed service excellence and sustainability.
  • Champion development and succession planning, creating career pathways and reducing reliance on agency staff.
  • Drive compliance and standards, ensuring health & safety, right-to-work, and training requirements are met.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in staffing, recruitment, and training within hospitality, events, or visitor attractions.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
