Summary
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a competitive basic depending on experience. You'll enjoy 26 days of holiday plus bank holidays, increasing by one day each year of service up to 31 days. You'll also have the option to buy or sell up to 5 days of holiday each year. What you'll be doingAs an HR Admin & Systems Executive, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving HR systems and reporting processes. You'll manage HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and use tools like PowerBI and Excel to produce insightful reports that support decision-making across the People Hub.
You'll also:
- Draft contracts, offer letters, and change of terms documents
- Coordinate onboarding, including payroll notifications and reference checks
- Support recruitment administration and respond to absence queries
- Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Maintain and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor right to work documentation and ensure legal compliance
- Handle day-to-day queries via phone, email, and in person
- You're confident using HR systems and reporting tools like PowerBI and Excel
- You enjoy working with data and turning it into meaningful insights
- You're proactive, organised, and have a keen eye for detail
- You're comfortable learning new systems and working both independently and as part of a team

- Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) or system implementation
- Familiarity with HR, recruitment, or learning management systems administration
- Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Awareness of UK employment law and right to work requirements
